My Why...

Dementia isn’t just something I’ve studied — it’s personal. Several of my grandparents lived with memory loss, and today I’m caring for a loved one on that same journey. These experiences have shaped how I see health and the importance of protecting our brains.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare, I’ve witnessed how small, intentional changes can make a lasting impact.

It’s also why I’ve made changes in my own life to support my brain health and reduce my risk of memory loss in the future. I’m passionate about guiding others—step by step—to protect their memory, feel confident in their health, and create a brighter future.
